Terms of Service

The Sellapage terms of service set out the rules for using the platform.

Vendors may sell any legal product or service. Counterfeit, stolen and illegal items are prohibited, as is defrauding customers, and stores that break these rules are removed.

Vendors own the content they upload and are responsible for the accuracy of listings, pricing and fulfilment. Payment processing is handled by licensed partners.

The Starter plan is free forever. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
